Entrepreneur In Residence

Our Entrepreneur in Residence is a seasoned startup founder who provides mentorship and coaching services for those enrolled in the Center’s business incubator programs.  They help entrepreneurs build their networks statewide and assist entrepreneurs in applying for and receiving grant funding. With vast experience in building their business here in Maine, our EIR is eager to establish relationships with our startup companies and offer advice on various business topics and strategies, as well as how to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

This role is also considered the customer service “face” of the Center, greeting walk-in customers and communicating with potential leads through email, phone, and at networking events.  The position is vital in creating the Center’s communal sense-of-place through facilitation of internal, Center-wide programs that promote sharing, problem-solving, and collaboration.
